TMG is proud to announce the addition of Lori Gelinas and Todd Stolte to the TMG Team
Lori comes to TMG after a career at the F-150 Plant in Norfolk, Virginia. After the closing of the plant, Lori was afforded the opportunity to continue her education full time. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration in 2008 from Old Dominion University. She continued her education and obtained a Master of Business Administration in 2010 and a Master of Science in Psychology in 2013, both from ODU. Lori is happily married to Chip for 12 years and makes Chesapeake, Virginia her home.
Todd transitioned from the Marine Corps after 21 years of service in the USMC infantry with 8 deployments. He also served as an instructor for over 9 years at various commands to include Scout Sniper School in Quantico, Virginia and at the School of Infantry East in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. He will receive his Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Illinois University in Workforce Education Development in November of 2016. Also in November, Todd will celebrate his 7th anniversary with his wife Erika. They have a 3 year old girl and 1 year old boy. They recently purchased a home and have made Chesapeake, Virginia their home.
As President and Founder of TMG, Joe Barto said it best, “I am so excited that Lori and Todd have made the commitment to the TMG Team. Both of them are truly world class athletes who have proven just how much better they can make our TMG team. One of things I am most proud of is we use very Team Performance Improvement tool we teach our partners internally. We drink our own Kool Aid and the result is the addition of teammates who make our team better. Our traditional “fleecing ceremony is when we re-commit ourselves to our values and our mission. Please join me in welcoming Todd and Lori to the TMG Team.” I am a Leader.
My Team Plays to Win!
