Joe Barto, TMG Founder and President presents Tim Jenkins, HTU Plant Manager a token of our incredible partnership.

“We are so proud of our partnership with Hereaus Tenevo.  In 1 year they have moved every performance metric in a positive direction by implementing the Team Performance Improvement Tool Kit” says Joe Barto, TMG Founder and President during the transition ceremony at the Buford, GA Plant.

“On June 20, 2016 we vowed to change the way we do business by designing developing and implementing a Team Performance Improvement (TPI) system, Mission First (we will Win!) – People Always (by creating High Performing Engaged Teams across the business).

“We teamed with TMG to help us accelerate our progress by focusing on the most important part of our business, our people. We should all Thank them for showing us “what right looks like” and the power of the TPI system.  We have the tools, we know how to use the tools, we have shown it makes a difference in our business performance, and now as they transition it is our responsibility and my total expectation that we will fully implement the TPI tools they have built for us.

On June 30, 2017, TMG will formally transition the TPI program to us and I would like to take this opportunity to give them all a huge WELL DONE!  They became a part of our team for the last year and may know us better then we know ourselves.  We wish them the very best as they continue their Mission in Life of being the advocate for Heartbeat Leaders to show Leadership Teams how to give our teammates a Leader who:

  1. Wants to Lead
  2. Is Engaged
  3. Knows what Right Looks Like
  4. Has a Leader who will help them become a High Performing Leader
  5. Plays to Win Everyday!”
