TMG Welcomes 3 New Teammates

“As TMG wraps up an extremely successful 2017, we are extremely pleased to announce the addition of three new teammates to increase our capability and broaden our expertise. At TMG, we are on a journey to consistent perfect performance by staying maniacally customer focused. Our customer based will grow next year with the addition of a major Lean & Six Sigma partner to balance our 5th year of the Arconic Power and Propulsion programs. While our Team Performance Improvement solutions continue to grow. Dave will support the Lean & Six Sigma instructor and project facilitation team; Christina will bring her Safety background to our Team Performance Improvement Team while Danny will become our Business Development Manager to focus on new partner acquisition. We are on a mission and trilled to improve our team with these three Blue Chip “athletes”, who will just make our team better.”

2017-11 3 new teammates

Christina Corace is a Program Analyst and Instructor for TMG. Christina has worked over a decade in the Norfolk Port within the Maritime Industry. Her ship repair career began in April 2006, providing office support to the production shops, predominantly Paint and Rigging. By the summer of 2012, she transitioned into the Safety Trainer position and has continued to have a passion for safety and employee relations. Christina graduated from Columbia Southern University January 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and an Associate of Applied Science in Business and Occupational Safety and Health. Staying tied to the Military community and showing her support, she volunteers with the USO of Central Virginia Hampton Roads Chapter. Christina resides in Virginia Beach, Va. She is engaged to Adam Earles. She has two pets, Maggie, her adorable German Shepard puppy and her cat Charlie. Her hobbies include Zumba, Cooking and Sudoku. She also shared an interesting fact, she has the entire Monopoly Board memorized and she likes to play Sudoko in pen.

Daniel Barto is currently serving as a Deputy Program Manager for TMG, after his onboarding, he will take on the role of Business Development Manager. Danny spent the last three years working as an Investment Acquisition Manager purchasing property for a real estate investor on the Virginia Peninsula. He was also the Rental Manager, leasing and managing a large portfolio of rental properties across the area. Danny received a Bachelor of Science from the Business School at James Madison University in May of 2014. Danny currently resides in Poquoson Virginia. Special interests include staying active, working out, surfing and spending time in OBX, music, golf, travel and camping. Danny’s interesting fact is he just spent a month living out of his truck, camping along the coast from OBX to Miami, FL.

Dave Harry currently serves as Lean Six Sigma Instructor, and coach with TMG – a values-driven Program Management company dedicated to Continuous Improvement for clients who desire to optimize performance and results through the use of proven process improvement methodologies. Dave has over 15 years of experience in Quality and Process Improvement and enjoys sharing his knowledge with leaders who want to develop a culture of Continuous Improvement within their organization.

Dave joins TMG after a long career including as Instructor for the University of Tennessee, Center for Industrial Services, and with several major industrial manufactures and consulting companies and the U.S Navy. His career with the U.S. Navy included assignments as a deployed Aircraft Maintenance Officer, Naval Aviator and a U.S. Defense Attaché. He was a Program Manager, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Software Engineer, and Lean six Sigma Black Belt Instructor with several companies including KPMG Consulting, Northrop Grumman Corporation and Rolls Royce Energy.

Dave resides in Greenville, Tennessee. He is married to Cindi Harry. He has 2 children, Christopher and David “Scott” and 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs. His special interests are Non-profit association volunteer on several Lean Boards and volunteer for ASQ, IISE, PMI, AME, Shingo, SME, APICS. He is interested in Toyota Kata and have given presentations on Kata at Penn State (Behrend campus), Kent State (Warren OH campus), ASQ Columbus, ASQ Kingsport, ASQ Mansfield, ASQ Charleston, IISE Lean Conference and several online webinars. He has attended all Toyota Kata Conferences in Hollywood and Ft Lauderdale FL and in San Diego CA. Dave’s interesting fact is he is a world traveler – lived in India, Spain and Sri Lanka.
