Due to a perceived long term risk to the future of a major manufacturing firm, TMG was retained to conduct an analysis of the current workforce demographics, and identify the breadth and depth of the affect of an aging workforce on the organization. Once we gathered and analyzed that demographic data, we conducted a risk assessment and then a risk mitigation strategy for the organization designed to minimize the long term risk. The recommended solutions included detailed alternatives with cause and affect analysis. Our recommendations gave the client a clear path on what they can do now to mitigate the risk over the long term.
