Learning Management System Return on Investment Model Development Training Modernization Group’s professional staff supported the Cost/Benefit analysis and budget justification for a large Information Technology support organization to procure an Enterprise Learning management System (LMS). This support included developing the “As Is” Total Cost of Ownership without the LMS, a projected “To Be” Total Cost of Ownership with an LMS, and the cost of implementing the LMS given the Return on Investment Model.
