Rooted in the business strategy, Training Modernization Group conceived and facilitated the development of a long range training transformation strategy covering the period 2003-2009 to determine how best to support the training needs of a large complex enterprise. This project incorporates the basic principles of a Lean Analysis and industry standard strategic planning approaches to develop visions, missions, and goals. The products of this work are the long range strategy, identification of key decision points, budget requests, and detailed plans of action and milestones for execution year tasks to accomplish the strategy. A key part of the plan is a Courseware Development Master Plan.
