TMG’s professional services were acquired to take the results of a Lean Above the Shop Floor event and then analyze, plan, develop, oversee, manage, and measure the Implementation Plan. The plan features the integration of Work Keys into the hiring process to better assess applicant aptitudes and attitudes, integration of Realistic Job Previews, and the development of an entirely new Hiring Procedures focused on reducing the overall cost of hiring per employee while improving support to the production managers to provide employees in the right numbers and skills.
