Training Modernization Group’s professional staff has successfully developed and implemented a customized Quality Assurance Website for Top Guard's internal (employees) and external (clients) users. The password protected QA System is built to track, organize, and display critical Quality Assurance Inspection Reports, officer training progress, and other management-related data points. In addition to acting as a management tool for Top Guard Security officials, the QA System gives Top Guard clients peace of mind that they have a security firm in their corner that takes Quality Assurance and continuous improvement seriously. TMG worked closely with Top Guard Security to develop custom specifications for the web-based QA solution and was able to meet the desired deadline for Top Guard as they began providing comprehensive security services for the City of Norfolk. The system developed by Training Modernization Group continues to differentiate Top Guard from others in the security industry. The QA Website was designed to integrate seamlessly with Top Guard's existing website and is maintained by TMG as the solution evolves with the client's needs.
